How long does installation take?
Between one and three hours, depending on the size of the display. You don't need to be home either way; we'll coordinate a delivery window and handle everything.
What if it rains?
We use weather-safe placement techniques and sturdy stacking, so displays hold up well through typical autumn weather.
How far do you travel?
We serve a 20-mile radius from Los Gatos, including Saratoga, San Jose, Monte Sereno, Campbell, Cupertino and Sunnyvale. A small travel fee may apply for areas beyond our primary service zone.
How long do the pumpkins last?
Pumpkins typically last 2-8 weeks depending on sun exposure and weather conditions. We strategically place them for maximum longevity and provide care tips.
Can I customize colors or sizes?
Yes! Add special requests in the notes section when reserving. We'll confirm all customizations before your scheduled delivery.
Do you offer cleanup?
Yes, we offer cleanup service with pickup windows both before and after Thanksgiving. Pricing varies by package size.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer, online when you book. Your date is held once payment goes through, and you get an emailed receipt straight away. Businesses can pay the same way; the larger commercial tiers take a deposit to hold the date with the balance invoiced once the display is in.
What's your reschedule/cancel policy?
We need one week's notice to cancel, and 72 hours to reschedule. Get in touch as early as you can either way and we'll do what we can to accommodate.
